With effect of January 1, 2010, Indus Holding AG acquired a 60% interest in HAKAMA AG, Bättwil near Basel/Switzerland. At the same time, the company acquired an option for the remaining 40% of the shares. Marius Haberthür and Fritz Kasper continue to hold 40% of the shares and will remain Managing Directors of HAKAMA. INDUS Holding AG is a well-known medium-sized holding, focussing exclusively on succesful, innovative manufacturing companies with excellent technical equipment, excellent operating results and outstanding growth expectations. INDUS is interested in long-term investments, following on these grounds a classical buy-and-hold-strategy. There are no changes for our customers and partners.
