HAKAMA has enlarged its process oriented management system seen from the angles of ISO 9001:2008 new and has integrated the operational safety system on the basis of the special branches solution from FCOS (Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety).
As a result of this a field-proven management system is available that is based on the four main processes management, product realisation, marketing and services and that is continuously optimized.
The consequent conversion of processes guarantees that customer demands are converted efficiently to customer satisfaction and thereby also ensures a high customer liability. HAKAMA has successfully been audited by SQS (Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems) the last time on December 8th, 2010.
