Laser Welding

Higher quality and enhanced productivity are the trumps of laser welding. Compared with conventional welding processes it offers a concentrated heat conduct and very little distortion. With laser welding the time-consuming machining steps grinding and straightening can usually be omitted.

The pictures clarify the multifarious fields of application of laser welding.

  • Laser welding I
  • Laser welding II
  • Laser welding III
  • Variety of forms - nearly any form and outline are weldable with lasers
  • Ground material tacked with laser beam
  • "Fine" laser seam without discolouration

We are pleased to divulge details for welding processes and our technical scope personally.

Advantages in comparison with convential welding processes (TIG / MIG / MAG)

  • Time-consuming machining steps grinding and levelling are not necessary
  • Practically fine welding unstressed: exact and selective
  • Welding without discolouration: finishing of the annealing colour is not necessary.
  • Sheet steels, precious metals, all non-precious metals (copper, brass, and so on) and aluminium from 0,5 mm thickness are weldable
