The automated laser cutting and punch pressing centres Trumatic 6000L FMC are consequently designed for flexibility and complies with the trend towards decreasing batch sizes. Connected to the installation is an automated raw material high-rack warehouse, a Trumalift heetmasterfor automatic loading and unloading as well as a tool store Trumatool 40/70. The Trumatic 6000L, equipped with a punching head with a stroke rate of 900 hits/min (2.800 hits/min during marking) and a powerful laser source (3.200W), ensures high productivity and flexibility.
The following sheet thickness can be machined with the laser cutting and punch pressing installation:
- Pickled steel sheets 0,5 - 2,0 mm
- Aluminium 0,5 - 3,0 mm
- Stainless steel sheets 0,5 - 2,0 mm
